Journal History

To enhance accessibility and improve the publication system, Jurnal FIKROTUNA has implemented several vital updates as follows:

1. Migration to a New Website (Effective January 2025)Jurnal FIKROTUNA has officially moved to a new web address: https://jurnalalkhairat.org/ojs/index.php/fikrotuna. The previous link https://ejournal.kopertais4.or.id/madura/index.php/fikrotuna is no longer active. During this migration process, the editorial team is re-uploading all publication archives from the initial issues to ensure data integrity and accessibility through a more stable and modern platform.
2. New Manuscript Submission Policy (Effective December 2024). Starting from Vol. 14 No. 2 (2024), all manuscripts are required to include “Corresponding Author” and “Copyright” information, in accordance with the official circular issued by LP2M IAI Al-Khairat Pamekasan. This policy aims to enhance transparency, regulatory compliance, and copyright protection for all contributing authors.
3. Change in Publication Frequency (Effective 2026). Beginning with Volume 15 Issue 1 (2026), Jurnal FIKROTUNA will be published four times a year — in March, June, September, and December, based on the Letter of Request for Publication Frequency Change No. A/076.749/JF/X/2025. This change is intended to increase publication frequency, expand opportunities for authors, and accelerate the dissemination of research results in Islamic studies and related fields.

Through these updates, Jurnal FIKROTUNA remains committed to continuous improvement as a credible, ethical, and globally competitive academic journal.
