Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
1. Papers:
Bordering Islamic Education,
Non-plagiarism,
Never been and never been published in other journals,
Prioritized based on empirical research,
Written in English (using Microsoft Word, Garamond 12, 1 space, A-4) or Arabic (Microsoft World, Traditional Arabic 14, 1 space),

2. The identity of the paper is required; title, author's full name, affiliation,
email, abstract (minimum 200 words containing; objectives, methods, research results, conclusions, impact), and keywords (3-5 words).
3. The content of the empirical research paper consists of Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and Bibliography.
4. The introduction, which consists of background, literature review (to compile the state of the art), objectives and problem formulation, is written in one chapter without subheadings.
5. The method consists of a description of the type of research, data collection, data sources, data types, and data analysis. Written in paragraph form.
6. Results and Discussion informs a number of important (original) field data obtained from questionnaires, surveys, documents, interviews, observations and other data collection techniques. It may be supplemented with tables or graphs to clarify the results. All figures and tables should be centered and numbered consecutively. Tables (see Table 1, Table 2,...) should be presented above the table on the centerline. Descriptive headings are placed after the table headings (see Table 1, Table 2,...) above each table. The source of the table should be placed on the table in the correct alignment. Figures and tables must be mentioned in the corresponding text.
7. Conclusion: write the research results concisely and clearly then describe the logical consequences in the development of science and Islamic education praxis. Conclusions are not indented and use Garamond 12 in bold.
8. Bibliography consists of references and citations referring to the APA style
sixth edition by using a reference manager (Mendeley/Zotero/Endnote).
