Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh landasan filosofis Islam terhadap efektivitas keputusan strategis dan keberlanjutan bisnis dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi maslahah pada organisasi berbasis syariah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 150 manajer senior yang bekerja pada industri perbankan dan ritel syariah di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Filosofi Islam yang direpresentasikan oleh nilai tauhid, amanah, dan keadilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Keputusan Strategis. Selain itu, Filosofi Islam juga berpengaruh positif terhadap Maslahah, sedangkan Maslahah terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberlanjutan Bisnis. Hasil pengujian mediasi menunjukkan bahwa Maslahah mampu memediasi hubungan antara Filosofi Islam dan Keberlanjutan Bisnis secara signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam organisasi tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan strategis, tetapi juga memperkuat keberlanjutan bisnis melalui orientasi pada kemaslahatan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan konsep Manajemen Strategis Islam dengan menegaskan pentingnya integrasi nilai spiritual, etika, dan tanggung jawab sosial dalam praktik bisnis modern.
