Abstract

Merehabilitasi beberapa aspek Studi Kelayakan Bisnis (BFS) konvensional menjadi sangat penting seiring dengan percepatan industri halal global dan peraturan wajib tentang sertifikasi halal dari hulu hingga hilir. Pada saat yang sama, ekosistem rantai pasokan halal (rantai nilai halal) di sektor logistik juga sangat rentan terhadap risiko kontaminasi silang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menciptakan model analisis kelayakan teknis dan operasional dalam bisnis logistik dengan menggabungkan standar kualitas Halal-Thoyyiban menggunakan teknologi digital 4.0. Pendekatan penelitian adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Halal Critical Control Point (HCCP) untuk menyelaraskan materi pemetaan risiko, dan Analisis Kesenjangan dengan peraturan terbaru mengenai Sistem Jaminan Produk Halal (SJPH). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ukuran BFS tradisional berdasarkan biaya dan kecepatan (waktu tunggu) tidak lagi memadai untuk mengukur keinginan bisnis. Secara argumentatif, bisnis logistik modern dapat dinyatakan “layak” untuk dioperasikan, dengan mendesain ulang menggunakan tiga pilar teknis secara paralel dalam rekonstruksi (1) gudang halal khusus (juga dikenal sebagai gudang zona) (2) rantai dingin IoT dan (3) sistem manajemen ketertelusuran digital terintegrasi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada kemajuan teoritis melalui perluasan tingkat BFS berdasarkan ketentuan syariah.
