Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pembelajaran pendidikan Islam berbasis moderasi beragama dan nilai budaya lokal di MTsN 1 Lamongan sebagai respons terhadap tantangan intoleransi dan lunturnya identitas budaya di era global dan Society 5.0. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Model ini dirancang dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai moderasi seperti tawasuth, tasamuh, dan i’tidal ke dalam konteks budaya lokal Lamongan seperti tradisi kupatan, haul, selamatan, dan Grebeg Besar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model ini efektif meningkatkan pemahaman, sikap, dan perilaku moderat siswa serta memperkuat identitas mereka terhadap budaya Islam lokal. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, angket, dan wawancara terhadap siswa kelas VII dan VIII. Sebanyak 85% siswa menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya toleransi dan keberagaman, serta 78% siswa mengaku lebih menghargai nilai-nilai budaya lokal. Implementasi model juga melibatkan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang menekankan pada pembelajaran aktif, kolaboratif, dan berbasis pengalaman langsung. Penelitian ini memperkaya kajian teoritis tentang integrasi antara nilai agama dan budaya lokal serta memberikan kontribusi praktis berupa model pembelajaran kontekstual yang dapat direplikasi di madrasah lain di Indonesia. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran berbasis moderasi beragama dan budaya lokal tidak hanya relevan untuk konteks lokal Lamongan, tetapi juga menjadi strategi efektif dalam membangun pendidikan Islam yang damai, inklusif, dan responsif terhadap tantangan multikultural di tingkat nasional.
