Aims And Scope

Jurnal Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam (JSPAI) (ISSN 3123-5441) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published biannually (March and September) by the Postgraduate Program of IAI Al-Khairat Pamekasan in collaboration with LP2M IAI Al-Khairat Pamekasan. The journal serves as an academic forum for disseminating high-quality research and critical studies in the field of Islamic Religious Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam/PAI).

Aims

JSPAI aims to:

  1. Publish original and impactful research that advances theoretical and empirical studies in Islamic Religious Education.

  2. Encourage interdisciplinary and innovative approaches to Islamic education in response to contemporary educational, social, and technological challenges.

  3. Contribute to the development of moderate, inclusive, and globally responsive Islamic educational thought and practice.

  4. Strengthen academic discourse at national and international levels through rigorous peer-review and research integrity standards.

Scope

The journal welcomes original research articles, conceptual papers, and systematic literature reviews related to Islamic Religious Education, including but not limited to:

The scope covers Islamic education in formal (schools, madrasah, higher education), non-formal (pesantren, madrasah diniyah), and informal (family and community) settings.
