Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mengubah praktik bisnis, termasuk implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang semakin luas. Namun, berbagai kajian terdahulu masih cenderung membahas Entrepreneurship digital dan CSR sebagai dua konsep yang terpisah, sehingga belum banyak penelitian yang mengkaji bagaimana Entrepreneurship digital dapat menjadi strategi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan CSR, khususnya dalam mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep Entrepreneurship digital, perannya dalam implementasi CSR, serta peluang dan tantangan pengembangannya dalam mendukung program CSR berbasis lingkungan. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan menganalisis berbagai artikel ilmiah, buku, dan dokumen yang relevan melalui pendekatan analisis isi (content analysis). Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada penyusunan kerangka konseptual yang mengintegrasikan Entrepreneurship digital dengan implementasi CSR lingkungan dalam perspektif pembangunan berkelanjutan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Entrepreneurship digital berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas CSR melalui digitalisasi komunikasi dengan pemangku kepentingan, optimalisasi pemasaran berbasis teknologi, peningkatan transparansi pelaporan, serta penguatan kolaborasi antara perusahaan, pemerintah, dan masyarakat. Meskipun demikian, implementasinya masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, rendahnya literasi digital, dan kesiapan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis terhadap pengembangan kajian manajemen strategis dan CSR berbasis digital serta implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam merancang program CSR yang lebih adaptif, inovatif, dan berkelanjutan.
