Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi pengembangan Pariwisata Pantai Sangiang, Kecamatan Wera, Kabupaten Bima dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat lokal. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap informan yang dipilih secara purposive dan snowball sampling, meliputi pengelola wisata, Pokdarwis, pedagang, dan wisatawan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña serta divalidasi melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan dilakukan melalui peningkatan daya tarik wisata, aksesibilitas, amenitas, dan penguatan kelembagaan. Pantai Sangiang memiliki potensi besar berupa keindahan alam dan lokasi strategis, meskipun keterbatasan jaringan telekomunikasi masih menjadi kendala. Pengembangan pariwisata terbukti memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, perluasan lapangan kerja, pertumbuhan usaha mikro, dan multiplier effect dalam aktivitas ekonomi lokal. Pantai Sangiang berpotensi menjadi model pengembangan wisata berbasis masyarakat yang berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Bima.
