Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) terhadap perilaku konsumtif ibu rumah tangga pada era keuangan digital modern. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada ibu rumah tangga yang pernah menggunakan layanan BNPL dalam transaksi belanja online. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Buy Now Pay Later berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif ibu rumah tangga. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil uji t yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05. Kemudahan transaksi, fleksibilitas pembayaran, serta berbagai promosi yang ditawarkan oleh layanan BNPL menjadi faktor utama yang mendorong meningkatnya perilaku konsumtif responden. Penggunaan BNPL yang tidak terkontrol juga berpotensi memengaruhi pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga melalui peningkatan pembelian impulsif dan pengeluaran yang berlebihan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan literasi keuangan yang baik agar penggunaan layanan BNPL dapat dilakukan secara bijak sesuai kebutuhan dan kemampuan finansial keluarga.
