Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku investor ritel dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi di Bursa Efek Surabaya. Menggunakan metode observasi, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan investasi, seperti informasi pasar, analisis fundamental, emosi, dan tren sosial. Data diperoleh melalui pengamatan langsung terhadap pola perdagangan investor ritel serta wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa partisipan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar investor ritel cenderung dipengaruhi oleh sentimen pasar dan informasi jangka pendek, dibandingkan analisis fundamental yang lebih mendalam. Selain itu, faktor psikologis seperti rasa takut dan serakah juga memainkan peran penting dalam keputusan mereka. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi regulator pasar modal untuk merancang kebijakan yang mendukung literasi keuangan dan perilaku investasi yang lebih rasional di kalangan investor ritel.
